1. Assist senior management is responsible for the hotels and the operation of the entire hotel to collect the guest services generated by the problems in the process of information.
2. The assistant manager under the leadership of the front office manager's direct, in charge of the whole hotel operation during shift.
3. Be responsible for handling guest problems and complaints.
4. To show work is responsible for important guests.
5. Check the equipments for the whole hotel security and daily.
6. To solve safety problems during the shift.
7. To other divisions to coordinate off record need to communicate.
1. College degree or above, has the similar position working experience more than 3 years.
2. Can use English fluently in front desk service image temperament, proficient in computer operation, has the strong ability of English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
3. Personable, deeply loves the hotel work, study business, responsive, good at communication with good management and coordination ability, can very good play the role of the management, leadership and supervision.
4. Attention to detail, work sense of responsibility, dare to take responsibility, strong execution.
5. Self-motivated and good learning ability and compressive ability.
