• Brand Ambassador and sole Brand Differentiator, the face of the hotel
• Follow u and stay connected with regular guests and create personalized amenities for them to ensure loyalty
• VIP personal care – in charge of creating the best experience for all VIP guest
• Email Correspondences- responsible for pre-arrival communication with guests
• Connecting with influencers and owners in Singapore to give guests a different personalized service
• Increasing score rating from TripAdvisor and ReviewPro
• Reviews traces for all VIP reservations and resolves accordingly.
• Meets upon arrival or bid farewell VIP residents in the absence of senior management.
• Escorts guests to the apartment upon arrival when necessary.
• In cooperation with Housekeeping, conducts daily apartment check to ensure compliance to established standards for set-up and cleanliness for VIP rooms.
• Updated on monthly local happenings and organizing guest events, coordinating with departments/vendors, working closely with Marcoms to ensure event is successful.
• Addresses and resolves resident complaints or concerns when required.
• Any other duties as directed.
