Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Vice President in coordinating daily business and personal matters including outdoors tasks
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support including drafting correspondence, minutes taking, filing, arranging meetings, appointments and travel arrangement
  • Maintain good filing system
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with formal secretarial training
  • Minimum 3 years’ personal assistant experience to senior executive
  • Experience in handling senior executive’s personal affairs is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, independent and reliable
  • Be energetic and able to work under pressure and tight schedule
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available is preferred
