Job Responsibilities:-
Assist to organize monthly physical stock take in store, Kitchen & F&B outlets
Assist in establishing standard cost from recipes
Ensure that products purchased are in accordance with the Companies requirements and meet regulatory requirements
To ensure preparation of daily food & beverage cost report and to be submitted to respective Department Heads. To ensure preparation of month end cost control report
To control wastage & spoilage
Fully in charge of month end inventory including conducting of inventory count, preparation of month end inventory and inventory variance report
To liaise and advise chef and management as to the adherence of performance to budgeted food & beverage cost.
Job Requirements:-
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma
Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in accounting or equivalent
At least 3-5 years’ relevant working experience in the related filed. Preferably in hotel industry
Team player who can work independently, results oriented with proactive performance and ability to work under pressure.
