Job Responsibilities:
Awareness at all times as to the condition of the house, particularly relating to the number of rooms available and occupied and ensure this information is up-to-date and accurate.
Ensure that guest registration, checkout, and mail services are handled efficiently, promptly and effectively in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures.
Conduct room inspection and ensure high level of guest engagement and service excellence
Perform any charges daily and work closely with other relevant departments
Effectively handle all guest feedback in a tactful, diplomatic and professional manner.
Job Requirements:
GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Tourism / Hotel Management or related fields
At least 3 years’ experience in Hotel Front Office operations, with supervisory experience
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in systems (preferably Opera) and Microsoft Office applications
Able to work on rotating shifts, public holidays and weekends
