Job Responsibilities:
To constantly check filing/tracing system and give advice for improvement.
To disseminate hotel information within the department/hotel and all guests as needed.
Tracing room night production of each Business Development Managers/Assistant Director of Sales/Director of Sales and report to Director of Sales/Director of Sales & Marketing.
To handle routine correspondences, i.e. letters/faxes/emails/inquires for assigned & non-assigned Business Development Managers.
To assist in issuing annual corporate rates/travel agent contracts and related activities within deadline given.
To answer to all enquiry through phone calls or walk-in and reply with a valid proposal within 24 hours.
To prepare Banquet/Room Accommodation Forecast for relevant departments.
To prepare group contract/group resume for all materialised group.
To attend to daily walk-in guests.
To assist in managing label mailing system.
To handle routine monthly meeting’ minutes update.
Responsible for related duties and special projects as assigned by Director of Sales/Assistant Director of Sales.
Maintains updated Delphi activities for activities carried out and completed daily.
